APA Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin Nishi

- location is superb; Daimyo neighborhood has all the cool brands and stores (good location for those into fashion) - walking distance to 2 grocery stores: Sunny and Aeon MaxValu Express (scored some discounted bento here at night) - walking distance to Akasaka Stn, so you only need to take the airport line going here from the airport; no need to transfer - they provide new beddings, towels, toiletries every day. staff leaves them on your door. then, every 3 days, there's mandatory housekeeping

GREAT value of money. Location: A few minutes walk to Akasaka metro station (1 station away from Tenjin)- on the way from the station to the hotel there is a pharmacy. It is also right next to AEON Maxvalue supermarket and another super market I couldn't remember the name of. The room: Exceptionally clean! Even though it was compact the amenities were more than adequate. The smart tv has been helpful. There was a fridge in the room. The wifi was smooth. There are also common spaces, shared washing machine, microwave etc in the hotel. Also the staff was not proficient in English, they were very helpful and could wisely communicate with me. They were friendly.

The staff were excellent. They were very friendly, and even though some didn’t speak english, they still tried to communicate and always greeted guests whenever we came in the lobby. They lent me an iron which unfortunately stained my clothes. They kindly washed my clothes for me until the stains had disappeared, and apologised. Even though they were busy they were kind to all customers

The hotel facility is very good. everything efficient and comfortable. the rate is very competitive. the staffs are very nice. one of them can speak english but even the one that don't , make an effort by using google translate to communicate with us.
